Decent and comfortable position, I loved staying in this place.
The room was neat and brand-new, offered a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe.
-
Mario
The hotel had great and decent location next to the center of town and nearby locations and the waterfront. The venue room was panoramic and compact, had a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and central heating. The staff was amiable all that time.
The setting was awful.

The location of the hotel is particularly good, to the lakeside and walk from a bus stop. Go sightseeing and visit Museo Pablo Fierro, set at a medium distance from the venue.

I liked this property - enchanting and beautiful hotel.
I came here for 3 nights and had a nice stay. Everything was great as expected. The breakfast was satisfactory with cakes, hot offerings plus cheese, and had all you need. The staff team was affable and exceptionally friendly at any time. The location of the hotel was decent, away from the restaurant which was being set up for a function. What's more, it was close enough to the shops and restaurants downhill going and uphill coming back.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was also really convenient, with everything in this city within walking distance. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and it was great that it was included in the price of the room. Lastly, the view from my room was amazing, with a perfect view of the lake and the surrounding area.
Everything was great, no complaints!

The staff were efficient and helpful.
The hotel is old and rundown. It sits high on a hill, yet has almost no view of the lake, and no view of the volcano. The pool is a joke, tiny and not really usable. It's very confusing when one books this hotel because the other Colonos Del Sur hotel is very nice and with spectacular views. This one says Mirador, leading you to believe you will have a view but it's a very shabby counterpart to the other hotel.

Nicely furnished room with great views, good offer. Cereal, fresh bread, cakes, pastries and cheese available for breakfast. Decent and incredibly comfortable location at a medium distance from Museo Pablo Fierro.

The breakfast was good. Nice view over the town. Short lovely walk to the lakeside. Good location close to town but also quiet. Room and hotel were generally clean. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel has quite an old style, situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake and volcanoes. The warm water came almost immediately. Clean towels were available and the room was cleaned every day. Hotel has a view point up in a tower for guests.
Nothing all excellent.

Breakfast
Staff unhelpful limited English. Unable to provide room booked. Room furnishing out dated. Bathroom utilities old and need replacing. Far from a four star standing Hotel.

Nothing comes to mind. This hotel is overrated. It does not live up to claims and expectations.
I had booked a superior double room with view of the lake. This was not available when we checked in. The room was very small and the view not as claimed. The maid went into our room when we had "do not disturb" sign up and interferred with all our things laid out for packing to go.

Complementary breakfasts, hotel was kept immaculately clean.
The hotel was in a decent and perfectly comfortable location really close to the restaurants and shops and the city centre and the shops and restaurants downhill going and uphill coming back. It also was tall on the hill. There was variety of food for breakfast, including cereals, breads, cakes, pastries, and cheese.

Thomas
Comfy bed in the a double room, plus a storage and sheets & towels. Marvellous, favourable location close enough to lakeside, and the hill overlooking all of the town, FRIENDLY staff. Also, very close to the bus station.

John
This hotel is a hidden gem! Located on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the lake and the town. The rooms are clean and cozy, with modern bathrooms and comfy large beds. The attention to detail is impressive, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, though not extravagant, is satisfactory.
All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and left me with no complaints.
